From a young age, I have always took pride in cooking and creating intimate moments with my loved ones. Sharing delicious food with my family and seeing their delighted faces always filled me with a sense of contentment. This feeling is what inspired me to venture to start my food business! After hosting the combination of a yard-food sale in June of 2023, people outside of my immediate family were knocking on my door asking when I would be selling food again. The unexpected reoccurrence of these requests prompted me to host monthly food sales. From there, I had the desire to start up my very own food business and I was determined to achieve my dreams. My overall goal for Eggroll Temple is to bring a unique, culturally diverse palate to the food scene. Through various rounds of trial and error, I have carefully crafted a menu with a twist of many flavors to diversify this traditionally Asian dish. In addition to the abundant egg roll options, I have spent a lot of time creating complimentary dipping sauces that customers may mix and match to taste!
